Käärijä, who has risen to become an unprecedented international phenomenon, will perform the biggest show of his career at Helsinki Veikkaus Arena on May 23, 2026. The highly anticipated EURODISKO show marks the end of the artist’s long touring break in Finland.

TICKETS AND AGE LIMITS
A concert ticket allows only a single entry to the arena. An 18+ ticket does not guarantee access to the floor’s licensed alcohol area, as the area has a limited capacity. Age identification will be checked in the licensed areas.

The Golden Circle area located in front of the stage is accessed via the floor. Please be prepared to present your ticket at the border of the area. You may leave the Golden Circle to use the arena services and return, but individual spots within the GC area cannot be reserved.

It is recommended that children under 12 be accompanied by a guardian. We recommend hearing protection for all concert guests. During events, Veikkaus Arena offers a wide selection of reusable earplugs and other various types of hearing protection at dedicated sales points. Reusable plugs are also available at arena stalls as needed.

For inquiries regarding potential remaining tickets or in case of ticket-related issues, please visit the Ticketmaster desk located at the Veikkaus Arena box office. The desk is open on the day of the show from 18:00 to 21:45.

ARRIVE EARLY
We recommend arriving at the event using public transport or by foot. Veikkaus Arena is conveniently located with excellent transport links near Pasila station. Parking: If you arrive by car, the Veikkaus Arena parking garage is open 24/7. Accessible parking spaces are located on levels 1 and 4. The garage uses Aimo Park Easy (barrier-free parking); we recommend downloading the Aimo Park app for payment.

During events (from 16:00 to 00:00), the parking fee is €16.00 + any applicable service fees. Electric vehicle charging stations are available on levels P1 and P4 (6 spots per level) at a rate of €0.35/kWh.

Taxis: The drop-off and pick-up point is located on the taxi deck at Veturitie 13, 00240 Helsinki.

The doors to Veikkaus Arena will open to the public at 18:30 on the concert day. Schedules and instructions for VIP guests have been sent via the VIP provider, TMG Events. The VIP entrance to the arena is through Encore’s dedicated exterior doors via staircase C1.

Please arrive well in advance of the start time, as ticket checks and security screenings take time and queues may form. The start of the concert will not be delayed due to late-forming queues, and the organizer is not responsible if a guest misses the beginning of the show due to a late arrival.

Security Check: Please note that upon entry, security will inspect all bags and perform person checks. This process will take extra time, so we ask for your patience while queuing.

QUEUING POLICY
Queuing is permitted starting at 12:00 PM on the day of the concert. Camping or staying overnight on the Veikkaus Arena grounds is strictly prohibited, and the areas near the exterior doors will be systematically cleared of anyone waiting before the official queuing time begins. Please ensure you dress according to the weather.

Reserving spots for others in line is not allowed. This means hand-drawn queue numbers, fan-led queuing systems, or other similar arrangements will not be recognized. Once the doors open, customers will be admitted in order of arrival.

Please note that large backpacks and bags must be left in the cloakroom lockers. To help the line move faster, we recommend having your bag open and your ticket ready for inspection.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
To ensure the safety of all attendees, security and person checks will be conducted at the doors of Veikkaus Arena, and security stewards make the final decision regarding permitted items. You may bring a powerbank and a bag with maximum dimensions of 40 × 40 × 20 cm, as well as an empty, soft, and transparent 0.5-liter plastic bottle, which can be refilled at the water points on the 1st and 3rd floors. Medications in their original packaging and fan posters up to A4 size (without sticks) are also permitted, provided they do not obstruct the view of others. Small amounts of personal snacks, such as individually wrapped snacks or bags of candy, are allowed.

The entry of outside beverages, alcohol, narcotics, aerosols, cans, glass bottles, or professional recording equipment into the event is strictly prohibited. Also forbidden are all dangerous objects, including bladed weapons, sharp studded belts, fireworks, and laser pointers. Throwing any objects or engaging in other dangerous behavior is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate removal from the event.

FILMING OF THE CONCERT
YES: Feel free to take photos and short video clips with your phone and share the vibes on social media! Tag us: @warnermusiclive, @paidatonriehuja, and @veikkausarena, as well as #eurodisko.

NO: Sharing the entire concert or full individual songs is prohibited. Professional filming equipment (DSLR cameras, video cameras, drones, selfie sticks, etc.) is not allowed. Please also keep your fellow concert-goers in mind – no flash photography or extended filming sessions. Thank you!

ACCESSIBILITY
Access to the accessible wheelchair platform intended for customers with reduced mobility is through section 114. These spots are sold via Ticketmaster as wheelchair tickets. The bar near section 115 has been lowered for wheelchair users. Accessible toilets are located near the wheelchair platforms.

CLOAKROOM
Paid cloakroom lockers are available at the concert. Lockers come in three different sizes (M – €5, L – €8, XL – €12 + a service fee of €0.95). Please note that there is a limited number of lockers available.

PRINCIPLES OF A SAFER SPACE
We want to create a safe and enjoyable event for everyone. Warner Music Live and Veikkaus Arena observe a zero-tolerance policy regarding harassment, bullying, discrimination, violence, and the abuse of power. All visitors are expected to respect the principles of a safer space. If you encounter harassment or unwanted behavior, you may approach any staff member. The staff has the right to remove any individual from the concert who violates these safer space principles.

A Safe Space is located on the 1st floor near the main entrance of Veikkaus Arena, staffed by trained professionals during events. The space features comfortable seating, weighted blankets, and headphones, and is intended for fans who think or experience things in different ways. First aid is present at the event and will be moving among the audience. The first aid station can be found on the third floor, opposite staircase A, next to section 302.

VEIKKAUS ARENA RESTAURANT SERVICES
Veikkaus Arena offers diverse restaurant and bar services, providing options for both full meals and smaller snacks. You can arrive early to enjoy food and drinks before the concert or grab snacks to go during the event. The Spotlight restaurant also serves customers after the show.

VEIKKAUS ARENA SERVICES AND FACILITIES
Merchandise stands can be found on the 1st and 3rd floors near the main entrances. An additional sales point in the Encore lobby serves both VIP and floor ticket holders.

Debit and credit cards, as well as mobile payments, are accepted throughout the event. Cash is accepted as a payment method only at a few selected café points.
